Q: How To Book?
A: Please contact us with dates of your preferred stay,
number of adults and children, whether you require the whole package or
just accommodation, flights, transfers, car hire or insurance.
You can do this my telephone, e-mail or submitting the request form.
We will endeavour to get back to you within 12 hours with
availability and a quote.
Q: Booking deposit
A: You will be asked to pay an initial deposit if booking
more then 12 weeks in advance, or the full amount if it's within 12
weeks.
Q: How to pay?
A: Payment can be made in two ways:
1) Via Paypal. This service
allows you to pay anyone with an
email address in a secured environment. If you're not already
a member you will find it very easy to sign up to and use, and it's
free if you are sending money!

Q: Payment of balance
A: The balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the
start of your holiday . If you book within 12 weeks of
arrival, the whole amount is payable at the time of your booking.
Q: Care of the property
A: We trust you to look after the property like your own and report any breakages or damage and request
that the property is left in a clean and tidy state. Breakages,
damage, extra cleaning ( if necessary) or loss of the keys must be
paid for. If you break, or damage something that can be replaced
easily please do so whilst on holiday, as this is a much cheaper
easier option. With the exception of the laundry, you are expected to
leave the property in the same state in which you found it when you
leave.
Q: Check-in and check-out times
A: We try to accommodate your preferred check-in times.
Q: Can you arrange transfer from the airport?
A: We can arrange airport transfer for you at a price of €25
euros from Murcia and €40 from Alicante,
which is payable to the driver directly.

Q: What's included in the price?
A: The rental price includes the use of the property as a
holiday rental, provision of bed linen and towels, and utilities
(water, gas and electricity). Please bring your own towels for the
beach/pool.
Q: Can I use the laundry facilities in the property?
A: Yes, there is a washing machine available for your use.
Q: What servicing is there?
A: When you arrive you, you will find the property to be
clean. There will be one set of towels and bed linen provided
for you. Since, this is a self-catering accommodation, you are
expected to make your beds, change your bed linen, do your washing
up, keep the place clean and put out your rubbish.
What
do I do upon leaving home?
Ensure you have your passports, map, contact telephone numbers,
details of key pick up, directions and any other documentation re;
car hire, travel insurance etc.
What happens when I arrive at the property?
Usually, depending on flight times, you will meet our representative
on arrival and they will cover any questions you might have.
There will always be an emergency contact number given in case of
any problems.
If you are delayed, please inform the owner/management company if
you can.
What if there is a problem during my holiday?
Problems during your stay can occasionally arise. It is essential
you call us as soon as a problem starts. Either speak to the
owner/management company or ring us and we will
endeavour to resolve the problem, leaving you free to continue a
hassle free holiday. (Please note we cannot always resolve problems
after your return).

Please note that
The resorts of the Orihuela Costa are a quiet residential areas.
Loud parties are not allowed. There are plenty of restaurants, bars
and other places for entertainment outside the residential complex.
